These are areas based on a large number of technical factors that can lead to the market reacting at them.
Let me explain…
Say that the market is selling off and it is near my TPU1(Turning Point Up ).
As it nears that level it could bounce off that level and rally. Sometimes
very hard.
***THIS IS IMPORTANT***
You don't want to blindly jump in and be a buyer there, instead it helps you anticipate what the market may do and then you can apply your trading system entry techniques to get in.
These levels also can be used as exit points if you are already in a trade. Say your system had you short the USD/EUR and you were getting close to TPU1. This would be a smart place to exit your trade as there is a strong possibility that the market could bounce strongly and…
That is the last thing you want to happen as it would cause you to give back a lot of your hard earned profits.
Over the coming months I will share some powerful trading strategies you can use to exploit these market turning points.
Before we get into things I want to share with you my abbreviations.
